I created a e-book cover for a client who had written a fictional Polish novella. 

The client requested a hand drawn cover which featured a lake similar to the kind they grew up near in Mazury, Poland. The cover also had to feature the protagonist of the book, Nell, in a dress looking out onto the lake while wind is blowing through her dark curly/wavy hair. The lake is framed by a plant called the "common reed" or "Trzcina pospolita" in polish, which is a type of tall grass commonly found near water, in the background theres bushes and tall evergreen trees as well as more tall grass. 

The art for the cover was drawn digitally with a brush with a pencil-like texture. The drawing is on a background which gives the illusion that the artwork was drawn on old paper with words peeking through the other side of the page.

The font for the books title is "Mistrully" its an elegant font which looks like cursive handwriting, this suits the overall hand drawn aesthetic of the cover.
